I never said "If he fails the test" i said "if the test is failed." Sir, plz do read comments properly before commenting. I was referring to an event in which of an individual fails the testing and not referring to Sir Ify so we are all clear of the consequence before taking the leap

Omo Naija, Why you dey waste your time, hen?. If you know for sure say na your pikin, go do the test. All dis wey you dey talk and expect to hear, no go help.
Awon people yi mo Naija ju inko ti en think o. Wonni first hand info relating to matters per each country. To tell story say Naija no dey issue Birth Cert no go work.

hello how about 1 1/2 yr difference it is possible to require a dna test or defends on the v.o who handle the pr case tnx

If there is no birth certificate, you can use baptisma certificate/sworn affividafit. Both the B/B certificates must be issued within 3 months of birth in order not to raise eye brow or alarm with the VO. In the case of lost, then you are free to do sworn affividfit from National population census(applies to Nigerians). One and a half year is still ok, sometimes we do forget to obtain it until a later date when we remember.
