Dear guys
i have done my medical last Saturday. My DMP still didn't send this medical to CHC regional office. today i phoned at his clinic, one of his assistant told me that they have already send it yesterday. i asked them to provide tracking number.he said me to call later for this.later on  another guy picked up the phone and told me they didn't send it till date and will try to send it on Monday.

The most scary thing is that second guy said me that ''yah i know you came on 25 of july, and you were *people (Right)and your medical will be sent to UK(wrong)...coz our medical should be sent to ND.

i am scared guys what will be happened if they will send it at wrong address....thats why i am asking for tracking number...but they are not ready to provide me tracking numbers too....

Anyone has the same or similar experience???
what is the solution of this problem

Worse case scenario, they will not send the medical, but according to CIC you are not responsible for it, DMP is. Just keep your receipt as a proof that you did your medical. The only thing can be bad for you is it will delay your application.

These doctors are approved by the Canadian immigration department. I think you can place a complaint in case if they screw up the process. The same can be done with the lawyers that they approved for immigration.

Dear Ra00

Very sorry to hear your problem.
1) Did the DMP specifically tell you that he will forward your medicals New Delhi?
2) Did you get any receipt from the DMP that you have done your medicals. Or the receipt for the payments you made for the medicals? Any thing that you can have to prove that you did take your medicals should such a situation arise.

DMPs in UK will usually send the medical reports to London office. This is what I know form a post in this forum. If you do not get a satisfactory reply on phone, I would suggest walk into the medical practise and ask for confirmation/trackking number of your medicals been sent and to which office.

In the worst case I think it may only delay a while for your medical results to reach New Delhi.

it has been mentioned in the the medical instructions we received
