Hi;

dear receipient,

I want to apply as skilled worker, i am a divorced woman and my son lives with me.
would you please let me know if i have to prepare any document for my application process!

Then determine which Visa office you will apply to as certain requirements are different according tot he visa office delaing with the case.

Then determine which Visa office you will apply to as certain requirements are different according tot he visa office delaing with the case.

1.  You will be required to have proof that you have custody of the child and that you can remove him/her from the country where you presently live.

Hi and thanks for your useful information;

I have the custody document of my son from judicature but i have not any idea for document to show that i have property to take my son out of the country , except that i have taken passport for him and this is not possible in my country but i have the permission when i apply for passport.(and i have this permission)
