Hey,

Hope somebody knows the answer to my question.

I am in the middle of applying for PR.  In the "Ap for PR" they ask about former marriages.  Yes, I am divorced and now re-married.  Do I have to submit my divorce documents as well?

Thx, T

Yes.  You will need to send a divorce/dissolution of marriage document for any previous marriage you had.  This is stated in the document checklist in the immigrant's guide.  I know this because I too divorced and re-married, and I sent my divorce decree with my application.  If you don't turn it in now, I'm pretty sure it will cause delays in processing later.

You must indicate that your are divorced and you must send your divorece certificate as well. There is nothing wrong in it and it as long as u didnt sponsor your ex husband it is not going to make any difference for your present sponsorship application.
