Hi every one.
I am a Canadian citizen ,I had a family breakdown in Canada in 2004 . In 2007 i left Canada and came back to my home country .here i have legally divorced my first wife as marriage took place here.then i married again and have one kid .Since i am out of Canada and did not worked how i can sponser my new wife and kid as i want to proceed to Canada , what kind of visa i have to apply and what documents i need please any body went through this situation please let me know i will be greatful.

mY HUSBAND was married, he divorced on 2006 in canada and spose me on 2007, We star application on 31october 2007 still waiting for visa, if it is the second marriage the CICS in Canada have to invastigate your 1°st marriage , in ou case this BC took 14 months , its so frustraidit, but now we are in the end of process,
in your case a baby is a proof for your geniune relation.

Babies don't exactly prove that a relationship is genuine.
