I don't think so, I had written to them and they replied that "CIC is working closely to manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011.  Since we have larger inventories of applications than limits within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must process applications according to the priorities set by Parliament.  As we have a sufficient number of applications in our high priority categories, we are not in a position to process your application at this time, nor can we predict when processing on your application will resume."

So it's kind of disappointing to me that I have waited for almost two years and now application is differed indefinitely!

But I am confused too because ecas changed just two days ago from RBVO to In Progress and today this email!!!!

What are your views friends?

I meant was that I agree with your thought, that it is a generic response that CHC london is sending to all applicants who send the enquiry

But your status conveys that your case is under processing now

 @ chohan
When you click "In-Process" what you find inside. Does it reflect the date of processing.

No, it has same statistics as before that they have received the documents and they are pending review.
