Diffrnc btwn BCCT and PID(prvsn instructr diploma) for working as a teacher n bc

hi seniors,

i want to do job as a teacher(both secondary school or adult teaching)
i hav done my Msc, BE.d (gold medal and regular course)from india
i hav gone through BCCT.ca requirements for accreditation and PID course structure from vcc.ca

after getting my Bcct certificate , do i need to take up some course or i will get job directly?
some tqs.bc.ca was explained which went above my head?

please guide me if thr is any working school teacher in the forum ..

and also on PID(instructordiploma)..vcc.ca ..whether pid course guarantees me a job?
