Good day everyone!

Can you please advise what will I expect on my case.  I am the PA and my husband's name bears II and my son is III (Victor II and Victor III). my husband's high school diploma has Victor Jr. (instead of II) while his College diploma has II on it. We have submitted to our consultant and even ask what to do, but it seems that they submitted our file without even reviewing it. I worries coz this might have negative effect on our application. just praying that VO will give us chance and ask further explanation on this issue. We have requested new docs with correct name but just now we got it. we have submitted our file last 27 May 2010 and no 2nd AOR yet.

Thanks a lot everyone.

If the IO/VO is not clear they will definitely ask for an explanation. It may delay the case a bit but shall not be the reason for refusal.

EDITED: As explorer mentioned, he is correct, you should send the explanation to CHC along with the affidavit. It might help reduce the delays in processing.

I have 2 names, one used during my education and i changed it later on, my passport, PCC, employment documents bears my changed name. I gave an explanation by way of affidavit.
You shoud have clarified. Send the clarification by way of affidavit along with forwarding letter, mentioning your file number to local visa office.
