Difference in Visa office instructions: H1B SRS

Hi all,

the visa office instruction for buffalo does not asks for education certificates and work experience certificates but asks for fund requirements.

The visa office instructions for new delhi asks for education certificates and work experience certificates BUT does not ask for Funds requirements.

can any one throw some light on this aspect.

I do not know about the visa office instructions for New Delhi, but the visa office instruction for Buffalo does not include education documents or proof of settlement fund.

Check this Visa Office Specific Instruction for Buffalo and see Appendix A #6 and #11 for Provincial Nominee (P);

(Buffalo Visa Office removed the fund requirement a couple months ago.)
