Difference between secondary and post secondary education?

The prefix/word "Post-" refers to after an happening or event has taken place, whereas "Pre-" will mean before an happening or event.

Hence, when used in conjunction with an educational level, e.g pre-secondary will be primary and post secondary would be any level that one can attain after secondary school e.g "A_levels", Diploma, B.A/B.sc, MA/Msc, Phd etc etc.

Hope this makes sense to you.

Dear Bobby

When I submitted my document I did not submit the A level certificate (in my country A level is a part from the secondary school) I just submitted the my BSc and MSc degrees is that enough or I should submit the secondary school certificate as well.
