difference between processing and 2nd AOR

Does Processing begin with 2nd AOR or 2nd AOR is just an acknowledgement of documents receiving?
At what level education certificates, bank statement or employer references are checked?

Just an acknowldgement of recieving complete application...rest of the process starts after AOR.......taking about 6-8 months these days till medicals arrive.......
