Diff. between FSW and EDS

hi guys,,

Does "Employer driven Stream" of AINP is different from "Fedral Skilled Worker Program" of canada. the timeline for AINP Employer Driven Stream is upto 12 months. what is the time line for Fedral Skilled Worker Program..

is there any difference in both programs or both are same. and which program is better to immigrate

EDS requires a job offer, FSW does not require a job offer.
