Did any one recently apply for FSW visa at CHC Islamabad

They will, just they will ask any other proof, or even not that and will give you cert since case is genuine.

Is there a muncipal committee office in every area? I know our area's consular and probably he would know where the office is.

You are on very right way. Go there if you cant find same office, because even some of Nazim's office they have computers and this authentic system.

This is something we are trying to solve our for several days. But i don't think that there is any one who have sent via Islamabad check list and got reply yet. Because its too early for every one to get reply from Islamabad in new system.

I will call to Embassy on Monday. Will try to find out what we should do. You too try to call and post what ever answer they give.

Did you get to speak with CHC Islamabad regarding which checklist to use? If yes, what did they say?

I emailed them this question a week ago but they haven't replied back yet.
