please advice me i have received the following email form

CIC is working to closely manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011. Since we have larger inventories of applications than limits within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must process applications according to the priorities set by Parliament.  Since we have a sufficient number of applications in our high priority categories, we are not in a position to process this application at this time.  Until we receive further instructions from Parliament, we cannot predict when processing on this application will recommence.,
 
what do this means and what i can do at this time?and is ir good or bad?!!!!any body please help i have applied in  17/7/2007
and after all that correspendence and sending all the requested documents i got this...what shall i do advice me

What is your NOC?
The best part though is that a NOC that is in the current list of 29 is not considered "priority" if an applicant applied in the same NOC before 26 June 2010 !!

Do u mean by NOC current occupation? it is office coordinater ?does this mean that they refused my application?

Can you specify the exact NOC code you filed your application in ?
They have not refused your application, but since they have a limited number of Visas to issue in the FSW category, they are giving priority to Post 26 June 2010 & in the future for the 2011 quota to post 1 July 2011 applicants.

Hi,

I believe  your visa office is London, If yes kindly be advised that currently London office has held many application submitted till Feb 2008 ,most of them are those which were submitted in 2007 until further instructions from Parliament .They are not going to reject them but their processing will be delayed .

No exact idea bro, but may be the processing could resume by the end of 2011 or so.
