DHL tracking stated the destination is Hamilton instead of Mississauga

Hi
First time here.
I wonder if anyone here have same problem as me.
2 weeks ago, I use DHL to deliver my application from Singapore to the CIC Mississauga, but when I check the tracking of my package it stated that it delivered and signed, stating that the location is Hamilton.
I am worried that my package is delivered to the wrong place.
Please reply if this apply to others too, and it is normal.

I sent my application from Mozambique to Mississauga by DHL also, and on our receipt, it stated the right address for CPC-M and Hamilton besides it, I guess its the area or something. Not so sure about that, but ours showed it also. So I guess its okay!

Probably has to do with DHL's database for postal codes... I've had the same happen with other carriers in Canada (where they indicate a different, but very close locality as destination)... Never had any real problems with delivery though...

but i have a problem i was impatiently waiting to see who signed for it and it was "mailroom"!!!!!!!!!! the package arrived shortly after 1pm, i suppose shortly after their lunch break but i'm still confused if they gave it to a person or left it in a room as a home for the squirrels

we called DHL and they said it's normal for big offices and whoever picks it doesn't sign for it, they just a put a mailroom stamp....is this true?

did u guys get the same?  please share!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thank u

I'm sorry Missmini, I'm not much of a help
but mine said it was signed by the receptionist, dont know about the mailroom stamp. I think they should know better than to left it in a room. Also can't you call help to ensure your package is receive?

u mean the help center from CIC or the courier? CIC is not possible to be called from outside Canada (not with 800 number anyway), although some people were successful with other numbet need to do some digging to find it; but i don't know if they can confirm me if it was received, maybe in a few weeks once they open it.....i called the courier and they said they are "investigating" :/ of course we could have picked another courier but since the medicals arrived fine i thought it should be the same :/ thanks for ur reply
