When the time that I'll become devorced here in Canada can I sponsor my GF in the Philippines(No devorce law)?

If you're doing a spousal application, as part of the application you'll have to show that a) you are in fact divorced in Canada, and that b) your girlfriend in the Philippines is your wife

If you divorce your wife, that you sponsored as a principal applicant.  You will have to wait 3 years, from the date of arriving in Canada  -  before you can sponsor anybody.

My xwiffe and two children are not accomanied when I came here in Canada they are all in the Philippines still.
