Guys,

I got an email response from Detroit that they have been short-staffed for a while. So, if anyone like me is awaiting Medical Requests \ forms, hold your breath and keep fingers crossed ! You should hear from them soon.

when did u send the enquiry to detroit i emaild them on 5th dec but no reply yet
