Details of family members question

Please, another question from me, "Details of family members" on Form IMM 0008: it says "You must include your spouse...all children including those of your spouse"etc. Since I am sponsoring my husband and we have two small children together, ( I´m a Canadian living in Europe), we don´t need to fill this part out right?

I believe it goes on to read ' if they are not Canadian Citizens or Permenant Residents'
