my freind is in london from 2 year on study visa. now he want to go to canada on a student visa. how can he apply. is there anyway i can apply for him from india and he dont have to come to india. or any other options?

1. If you put off application on friend's behalf, so what about applicant's signature and passport?
2. Two options:
- apply in UK (may not be a good idea).
- apply in India by applicant.

1. Chances are very good for visa refusal. Not just certificate, you also need individual marksheets.
