hey i have a question i hope some one can help me .
My cousin came to canada in 2002 he apply under refuge status .canada turn down his case an send him back to ARUBA. however he have a dutch passport so he don't need a visa to travl to canada.my question is how long will he wait  to come back to canada eg.1 week later ;or after 6 month , 1 yr or can he ever come back to canada ?.they did not stamp his passport as deportation or whatever.

If he went back voluntarily,He can apply now,If excluded after 2 years,So right now,If Deported He cannot return without Ministers permit
