Deportation Order in US (Passport Held by ICE) & Immigrate to Canada

Hi, I have been ordered deportation here in the United States over a year ago. My passport is with ICE and it has expired long time ago. Now I am getting married to my Canadian born girlfriend. How can she apply for my PR in Canada if my passport is with ICE. I am a citizen of Bangladesh. Will it be the right thing to do If I got another passport from my country? I just don't want to get detained by ICE before I get deported. I was wondering if there is anyway that I could apply for Canadian PR after we get married and then get myself deported to Canada once the PR is approved. Please advice.
