Dependent WorkPermit

Hi ,
I'm going to work in Canada. I'm taking my wife with me in a dependent VISA..

But she likes to work in Canada So I like to know how to get the WP for the spouse.
Is it possible to get a Workpermit for the spouse durinmy Immaigration interview .?.
Some one telling this to new but not sure about it. If the souse has sufficient qualification to work in Canada then they will issue the WP for the Spouse if we request for the same during our immagiration.

Please let me know whether this info is true and also about other possibilities.

1.  You wife can only get a Spousal Open Work Permit if your job is classified Level A,B or O in the NOC.  http://www.hrsdc.gc.ca/en/workplaceskills/noc/index.shtml  If it is, they will issue when you arrive at the Port of Entry to Canada and get your work permit.

But I'm not able to able to locate the Classicaification "A", "B" or "O".
will you please help me in finding out the classification.

My details.
BE Computer Science Engineer with more than 5 years of experience in Software Industry.
I have already worked in Canada for 8 months.
My wife is holding a ME in Computer Science.
