Dear All,

My employer are planning to apply for me Canada work permit. My question is ,once i got the WP can my wife and Children join me .
If yes then what visa they need to apply ,VISIT VISA or WP dependent VISA ????

Your dependent can apply for a work visa with you. Your spouse will usually get a open work visa and children students visa's.

Thanks for reply.Actually i want to go first to Canada on work permit then later i want my wife and children can come there and join me .
so what visa they need to apply from their home country ?

I would imagine it is the same!! But I am not entirely sure!!Lets hope one of the people on the forum can help you, if not I will give my emigration agent a call and ask!!

Open work visa for your wife,TRV for your kids

For the spousal work permit the principles job must be NOC A, B or O.
