Hi , I've got a friend who is a live in care giver and has a son who has a special needs. He still cannot walk at the age of 5. But prior to her application here in Canada she didn't declared her son's condition. How it will affect her future application for Permanent residency? She didn't mentioned that and now she is worried for there is a medical requirements for the family to be sponsored. Does she need to write and faithfully declare the case? thanks
How this type of case be evaluated? I felt sad about her..
