My wife is a single parent of her 10 year old daughter. This fact is noted in her Chinese Hukou. On her daughters birth certificate there is no father listed. We have a notarized affidavit stating the father is unknown and that she has sole custody of the child. My wife was never married or in a common law relationship.
My question Is
Will the birth certificate, the Hukou, and the affidavit, satisfy the conditions/documentation for her to acompany her mother in the immigration process?
