My wife and I currently live in England with our 2 young children.

I am sponsoring my wife and she is filling out form IMM0008 - Generic Application Form for Canada.

In the form IMM0008, my wife is requested to provide details about dependants.

Does she have to include myself and our 2 children here or does she leave that section blank since myself and our 2 children are already Canadian Citizens?

I believe, though not 100% sure, that you leave it blank, since she has no dependants that need to be sponsored.

Hopefully someone else will comment.

Just read the form, it says "you must include your spouse or common-law partner, if applicable, and all of your dependant children, and those of your spouse or common-law partner, who are not already permanent residents or citizens of Canada"

I provided the name of my daughter as my dependent, but I didn't pay for her application fees... this is as per instruction by the officers of VO-Manila ( I had 3 email queries to them and all similar responses).

Provide their names and proof that they are Citizen (Citizenship Card/Certificate of Citizenship) you can see this on the country of specific region where you belong.
