If I was in France more than 6 months,

can I get police certificate from its consulate in Egypt or I have to go to France to get this certificates?

I am also from the Philippines.

In my opinion, you should wait for july 2012, because on my first attempt last may 2011, i did not make it to the cap although there are 50 remaining slots left for 3113, now on my 2nd attempt this sept, they received it sept 27 although i sent it sept 19, and i made it to the cap just this dec 20 after i received the much awaited PER, just concentrate on the checklist/website because its always updated, seniors, pls comment because you might have a different opinion or suggestion, thanks

if the best meshod is bank draft, we will be in one BD or one BDfor each person(first for me, second my wife and third for my son).

1. YES, you can apply via consulate in Egypt (you can send your application to CIO without PCC, in that case you need to to send your PCC later to your Visa office)

What do you think, can I have 22 points?

1- I want a copy of your work exp. if it possible, to know how I can prepare my own perfect work exp.?

2- my wife is the main applicant, if she has 18.000 $ CAD for family of 3 person
  and I´m having another amount of money, the question is:
  i need to send both of bank statment for her and me? or only her bank statment is enough?
3- if we send both of BS , and we get visa (inshaallah) , what is the amount of money need to carry with us to Canada
  ( 18.000 $ CAD only or the sum of her total money  and my total money or any amount of money like 10.000 $ CAD )
4- for me( husband) , is need my work experiance and education certificates? or only education certificates ?
