I advised  him reapply asap  with that cover  letter  isnt it  correct as  they  gave  this  hint  to use  the  cover letter,if they  didn't wanted give  him  such  option they wont say  that is  my  logic is  correct?

i just found out. I looked at the side notes written next to where credit card numbers are to be filled in the boxes. mine is lacking 1. it's suppose to be 16. no wonder it's decline!

I got my packet and I will do it on my own this time.

Thanks isidra, it was my priority objective on my own which i would acheive in next year any how through AEO or any other option.


Here is one more situation to discuss please:

One of my friend applied on pre-june-2010 3152 and is waiting for medicals to come. The time line as follows:

Application received CIO January 22, 2010.
PER March 5, 2010. 
File transfer March 10, 2010.
Additional docs submitted July 27, 2010.

But now she is married in April 2011 and still waiting for medicals yet to come in any week of July 2011. Maiden name not changed yet on id etc, since she wanted to declare her self single upto medicals to avoid submission of any more info. But now pregnency has come a week ago. Nothing could be hidden in medicals now.

Please advice
1) What to be done at the moment for CIC.
2) She fears that her medical may not be delayed due supplying additional info about spouse.
Could this delay application and let her wait more for her visa. Non-submission of new info can get her into refusal?? How could that happen.
3) She also wants to avoid any wrong info in medicals,which could later on proved into medical.
4) Does Postponment of pragnency can work??


Please advice and share expert opinions and experiences to find the best way out.

NEW CANADIAN IMMIGRATION PROGRAM CHANGES

 

June 24, 2011
 Today Citizenship and Immigration Canada released changes to the Federal Skilled Worker, Federal Immigrant Investor and Federal Entrepreneur programs. The following changes will affect applicants submitting new applications under these programs between July 1, 2011 and July 1, 2012. Applications submitted prior to July 1, 2011 will continue to be processed according to the regulations in effect at the time of submission. Here you will find a brief summary of the changes:

Federal Skilled Worker

• Same list of 29 eligible occupations issued under the Minister's Instructions on June 26, 2010
• Limit of 10,000 applications accepted for processing
• Sub-limit of 500 applications per occupation (NOC)
• Applications submitted with an Arranged Employment Opinion (AEO) or with a valid work permit in a skilled occupation will continue to be accepted and will NOT be counted towards the cap.

What does this mean? This means that individuals, who have one year of work experience in one of the 29 eligible occupations listed here, should submit their applications as soon as possible. Many people who were not able to fit in under the cap last year have completed applications, ready for dispatch. With a limit of only 500 applications per occupation, time is of the essence.
