(1) It will be part of education...called as (4+1).... without Internship one will not get their degree certificate
(2) Yes... Original transcripts in University sealed covers...... Will get this from your university... you have to approach them with the required documents and fee... it's actually quite an easy process.
(3) You are lucky having a DoB certificate...... they are not accepting 10th class certificate..not even PP for birth proof.
(4) It will be considered provided both were full time (minimum 37.5 hrs per week) .
(5) Can be either PA or spouse ...... No problem.... but no joint a/c other than spouse
(6) Travel History required for both ...... PCC not required now....
(7) 10 class certificate not required..... so escaped with this hurdle.

Note - Just for your info ...You have to submit IELTS (GT) original certificate and original Experience / Reference letters from your present (& past) employers. Same implies to spouse also, if working.

I am a newbie here so would require your help. Me and my wife both are MDS and doing Private Practice since past 3 yrs. Now we are planning to migrate to canada. However I have a number of queries and would be highly greatful if someone could answer them. Especially who has already .............

Nice to see another dentist. I will try to clarify your confusions.
1. Dont use Internship as your work experience.
2. University sealed original transcript is mandatory
3.Birth certificate will do
4. well, According to CIC website applicant must have one year of continuous full-time or equivalent part-time paid work experience.  According to booklet op6,periods of work of less than 12 months during the 10 years immediately preceding
the date of the application may be added together and divided by 12 to calculate the number
of years. So, as per my understanding u can add work experience (for instance, 10 months+14 months=24/12=2years). However, dont forget that you must have 1 year of continuous work experience.
5.needed for both.However pcc is not required by cio.u need to send it later to vice office.
6.10 class not required.
