hi,
I strongly believe, Dentist will remain in the next occupation list (effective from july 1st,2011)
However, of you dont want to take the risk then apply under both NOC 3222 & NOC 3113
procedure:
A) Prepare your exp certificate
You can prepare your experience certficate in the formet stated below:
This is to certify that, Dr.N.J has been working as a "Dentist" in "X dental care" since....... He has been performing follwing duties which completely match with the duties of a Dental therapst  :
-Duty 1
-Duty 2
-Duty 3
-Duty 4
-Duty 5

B)Fillin form "schedule 3"
question 12: order of preference
                1. NOC 3222: Dental therapist
                2. Noc 3113: Dentist
your skill will be assessed according to your order of preference so you must put 3222, as your first choice

Thank you Dr. Hasib .
If i apply as a dental hygienest , would it affect my application ? i mean my degree is in dental and oral medicine and surgery , however i own a dental clinic so i do the shores of a dentist , a hygienest and a dental therapiest .
I read on your replay that i can apply for both occupations , so how is that done anyway ??
I searched in the cic website but have not figured out how to do so ??
Finally Let me ask you , if you were in my situation what way would you go Huh
Thanks again
N.J.

where are you from? what is your visa office?
In Bangladesh our "Bachelor of Dental surgery Certificate" just show the  passing year of final B.D.S exam. Full details are shown in Transcript.
Trascript is little different than mark sheets which only show subjects those you passed. so get the transcript sealed in university envelop.
by the way, supply/referred doesnt matter in canada immigration.

Hello Dr. Hasib. Thank you for the greetings. I was not allowed by my document analyst (from a visa consultancy) to submit 2 NOC. I just submitted credentials that i took schooling/training as Dental Hygienist, with Transcript of Records and Diploma. I also submitted an affidavit of undertaking stating all the General and detailed works of a dentist and at the same time doing the task of a dental hygienist since 2002.
