hello Dr. Hasib ,
i am new to this forum.my application delivered on 5 January.  i sent my application few day ago.I sent all documents except POF in convertible currency. Although i have sent  bank accounts certificates of CDN $14000,evaluation of my land CDN $68000.will they send my file back  or ask for letters from bank(in Canadian funds) on later stage of process.
please suggest me i m nevous

I have many questions on FSW

1- if my husband was in france more than 4 years, he must get police certificate
    from France.or both of us get police certificates from Egypt only(home country).             
2- his police certificates from France must be no more than three monthes before
    we submit our application or one year?
3- when we need to submit policy certificates and medical exams? (when submit
    our application or when they request our passports)?
4- when i need to pay (the right of permanent resedence fee) 490$ per each
    adult (when submit our application or when they request our passports)
5- where I have to send my file (Cairo or Sydney Nova Scotia, Canada)?

5.U have to send ur  file to CIO,Canada,NS  not to ur  visa office
4.u have  to pay  ur  landing fee(490$) at later stage (at the time of medical) (but  550$cad/adult now)
3.U can  submit ur  police clearance certificate at  the  time  of  medical but  its  better  to submit now(not mandatory now)
  U will  b asked to do medical at later stage
2.If u  submit Police clearance certificate at initial stage it cant b older than  3 months
   If u submit at later stage u can submit if its validity within 6-9 month(police clearance certificate  validity is  0ne  year)
1.Any applicant who  stays anywhere more than 6 month will need  Police clearance  certificate  from that  place
   so ur  husband needs  pcc  from  France and home  country

i am in serious situation due to my consultant. 
i applied under 3152 but now my consultant told me that my application is returned due to cap
when i was applying i requested to my cosultant that please include my experience in social worker NOC with 3152 NOC , he informed me that your experience in social worker is not related to your education , but now i came to know from this forum that relation between education and experience is  not essential.
Now i am preparing my application according to social worker NOC BUT I AM AFRAID that there may be -ve results because in my previous application i have not mention the experinece of social worker NOC
my fellows what you will suggest for me , i am in tension due to my consultant

u  can apply again if  u  got documents as a social worker,
they didnt  kept any  record of  ur file  except some  basic informations(like  name,DOB,passport  no)

my suggestion is not to confuse the CIO with your language of duties. The CIO may be non medico.

Follow the main duties mention in the NOC and that should be OK. Rest us up to you

can I get police certificate from its consulate in Egypt or I have to go to France to get this certificates?

In my opinion, you should wait for july 2012, because on my first attempt last may 2011, i did not make it to the cap although there are 50 remaining slots left for 3113, now on my 2nd attempt this sept, they received it sept 27 although i sent it sept 19, and i made it to the cap just this dec 20 after i received the much awaited PER, just concentrate on the checklist/website because its always updated, seniors, pls comment because you might have a different opinion or suggestion, thanks
