Let's see if I can beat Dr Hasib to answer this one?!
If you look at https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AiJy8Qu8lcQbdGxiSnNhME5sVi1uRlZtUWNhOEFwemc&hl=ar&authkey=CLDXsFA#gid=6  you will see that the projections for 3113 do not reach 1000 by the end of June.  Calculated at 2.516 applications per day, you should be able to determine how much time you have to get your application in comfortably.

Now go to this link and you will find all the timeline answers you can think of.  Good Luck!

@     pippin:  LOL, you dare to challange me. Cheesy
    @     Quicksmile,
nice to see another Dentist in this  forum. OFCOUSRE your application will make within the cap. I can ensure you, cap for our NOC-3113 wont get filled before June 30,2011.
It's hard to guess about timeline.lately,CIO is issuing PER(positive eligibility review) within 80 days from applying. medical request can be expected after 2-3 months from PER.

regards,
Dr.hasib

Dear quicksmile.....

If you send your application today ................... provided all documents are as per the order, you will be IN.
If you send your application after 2 months ....................provided all documents are as per the order, you will STILL be IN ..... Shocked Shocked...
Don't worry, make sure that ALL your documents are proper and gets you the required points... then apply.

Time line as of now- 1st AOR, we call it PER, as it is send after one completes a Positive Eligibility Review, is taking around 70 days. Wait for 35-45 days for 2nd AOR from your VO. Wait for 7-15 days for MR. This is as per New Delhi timeline. Varies with VOs. NO news for 2nd AOR for London & Buffalo applicants. Manila was ahead in requesting MR, but again PPR will take some time, where as New Delhi has already included PPR in their Medical Request ...... Cool. It is quite a funny jumble....... Which is your VO?? .............. All the Best.

Cheers, Anil
