Denied Visa

Hello, i have a girlfriend from ireland whom i have been living with for over a year. She recently applied for an extended work visa offered to irish people only, but what was denied because of suspicion of her working. She is going back to ireland just to visit her family but would like to return. Would she be denied entry into canada even tough she hasnt been caught doing anything wrong? and she has a lease to fullfill with me? what should she do? She went to an immigration lawyer who gave her bad information...
