denied for 2 reasons ( do I have to write a biographie first ?)

 The first time I tried having the canadian visa,
they denied me for the purpose of my travel... In the form, I have to choose between: tourism, Business, and other.  As I travel to visit Canada and see family, I chose tourism... I want to know what I had to add ? Do I have to write a book to describe my futur travel ? Where I will go , when, why ? When I will eat, where, why ?

they denied me too for my other travels ? Do I have to tell them informations about how my other travels was ?

I dont know if I have to send a big book with my completed form ?
Can someone help me ? What do I have to do ?
I am now at the USA (the USA don't give so much problems with the visa- and I went there many times). I would like to try having the visa from there...

Did you attend an interview? If so, what were the questions you were asked? cos I'm about to apply for a visitors visa from Nigeria.
