my package has been delivered on 18th may
  STEHENSON  is the person signed and recd.

any body has got the same person recd their package?

is this might be  the right place to deliver?

my application has been delivered in cic on 18th may.

   STEHENSON  is the person who signed and taken my application as per ups courier tracking system.
any has the same person recd their application?

Have you got any reply from CIC. How much time take for getting File number?

What difference does it make?  They are mailroom clerks.  The important thing is that you have proof of delivery.

it is a gud idea if everyone can post their signed person name.  Shocked Shocked Shocked we would be able to know the staff details in mailing room

I dont think Shijol it is of any use. The person signing is not responsible for checking our cases or following the progress etc. If its signed and received, that means it has reached its intended destination.

We will have to contact CIO directly for checking the status of our applications, so the person signing and receiving the applications is of no significance, just my thoughts Smiley
