Hi there,

Is there a way one can drop the package off to the Mississauga office by themselves?  As i do live in Mississauga.

Or is it mandatory that it must be mailed in?

I believe there is no public drop off. This is what I read on the website when I was looking for their physical address to mail my package FEDEX, since they only provide you with the PO BOX and FEDEX does can not deliver to PO BOXes.

I did find this address:

Case Processing Center ? Mississauga
2 Robert Speck Parkway
Suite 1200
Mississauga Ontario, L4Z 1H8

so you are saying that we are not allowed to drop it off in person to suite 1200 in mississauga?

This is what I copy and pasted from the website

Courier address (no public drop-offs)
2 Robert Speck Parkway,
Suite 1200
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8
Fax: 905-803-7392

In brackets it says no public drop offs....so I'm guessing you can not drop it off.

i will probably go the the closest canada post then in the same postal code area of the CPC-M and ship it from there....

hope that will ease the delivery charge.. package is mighty heavy!

You can NOT drop off a package in person.  I literally work in the building next door, and when I brought my package there to drop off, there was no one there.  Just a huge door that was inaccessible to the public with a note on the wall stating that all applications have to be mailed.

I walked back to my building and paid $12 to have it couriered over.  Even the courier company was laughing when I arranged the pickup and delivery address on the phone.

You'll want tracking and delivery signature anyway.  Invest in the services of Purolator - they'll deliver it to the street address on Robert Speck Parkway and you'll have a record that it was received - and, with you being in Mississauga, I can't imagine it would cost very much at all.
