I am from Delhi and send by complete documents to CHC Delhi on April 29 2010. My status shows that they have started processing my application on 27th November 2010. I have not heard anything from them since then.

My file transfer date is in the middle of February 2010. I have come to know that they are now processing cases for file transfer date of March and April 2010. I am getting little worried on my case.

Can anyone please suggest me in my case?

write a case specific enquiry that you have not received ur medical...i think you are stuck up with background checking...did you receive any call from them or ur employer...chck from ur employer....but do write to them...all the best...

Yes, you are right I have not received my medicals till now. And I have not recived any reference check call.

This is making me little tense. Is there any one else who also submitted documents in April 2010??

Another option is CAIPS notes. Apply for it and you will have your current processing status on hand.

yep but it will take atleast 45 days, so better option is to send case specific enquiry

send them an e-mail ASAP .. ours status was stuck to In process for 2.5 months whereas, we actually lost our medical forms during that time.

our docs were also submitted in april 2010 but we got the medicals in june 2010 and PR in nov

write a case specific inquiry and probably you will get reply within a week.

Well I did send them an e mail but it is almost a week but I have not received any revert from them. I don't know what to do at this point of time.
