good day peepzz
i actually sent my application tru FEdex since on the 17-aug.It should get to CIO office hopefully today.
But the annoying thing is that My NOC has just reached its cap on 22-Aug.
Do you guys think I have a chance?
will my application be accepted ?
I have been so worried about it bcos FEDEX promised delivering in 3days and they still havent delivered it and its almost 7days now
Im so fustrated.
Please advise........

Sorry about that.

But I don think there is going to be any chance for your application making it through. CAP is reached and it will be returned to you.

If the cap is filled then no chance. You will get back your packet and no fee would be charged.

having it submitted on Aug. 17 is quite too late too on your part. There is always a next time and hope 1122 will still be on the NOC list next year.

You already have the bad news, unfortunately.

Demand a refund from FEDEX and also let them know the trauma and missed opportunity caused by them.

same here, my application (NOC 1122) supposed to reach on the 22nd, but instead arrived on the 23rd via DHL. Which is quite shocking..
