Dear Reader
I have a question, i got married in march 2009, but due to some domastic reasone, my spouse didn't submit my spouncership documents, almost  upto 9 months has been passed, does it cause serious problem, and is there any time limit to submit the spouncership documents, my medical, police latter are going to expire soon...kindly advice me the best solution

I assume you have not started any process with CIC yet.

I guess that a delay in submitting documents after getting married might be looked at in more detail, but if you have an explanation there should be no problem.
Not everyone who gets married instantly applies for PR.

As you know, medicals and police certificates do have time limits, if they are out of time or will expire soon then get them redone.

There is no inherent problem with not sending your application, but the medical expires after one year and the police certificate after three months, so you'll most likely have to order new ones.

this happen to me .....and i had to do everything again


we was married for 2 years and he just send the papers this mounth ......and we have ababy now

so there is no a problem
