I hope its getting processed faster, but do you know are they will ask me for IELTS again ? My IELTS test will be expire 3-4 months later. what do you think? do I have to prepared myself for another test again?

If they will ask for updated documents (which they started recently) then VO may give you an opportunity to send improved IELTS score, if you want to. If not, your IELTS score which u submitted  @  filing original application will remain valid, no matter when they start processing your application. So, relax another IELTS is optional and not mandatory.

They are asking people for new docs if there is any only to check if the applicant is alive and still want their files to be processed. My guess is they might never process many old applications and once they dont get any reply from the applicants it would be easier for them to reach a decision on applications pending whether or not to process them.
