I got to submit my full application to PR, but I have a basic question about Bachelor's and Master's degree. Please throw some light on Degree means, is it Provisional / Convocation ?

degree certificate means convocation certificates of your degrees....bachelor's,master's

I have done my Degree in 1997, so Convocation would be ready by now I guess. Otherwise do any one know how long I need to wait to get the Convocation after paying the required fee in the University?
