Degree found Counterfeit

They did not say anthing specific. Just one liner that they found the degree has been found Counterfeit and I have time till Nov 10 to address this.

Degree is B.Sc. Delhi University, (1998-2001). I had sent them the Original Degree and 3rd year marskeet which contains marks of all 3 years.

Bio now to settle everything, you need to send academic transcripts in university sealed envelop. Contact your university.

I had applied in the past for under the skilled worker program, and i was called to Buffalo for my interview.

During the interview the IO refused to accept that my degree was an equivalent to a Canadian BSC, I politely informed her that it was from a recognized university in England and if she wanted she could check the website and i could provide grad photos etc. After much insistence i provided her a sealed university transcript which seemed to satisfy her. I suggest you get something from your university which shows what your degree is valued at i.e. BSC, BA etc so that they can compare it to something in Canada. Also get the sealed envelope from the university and make sure they clearly stamp the envelope with the university seal.

Sorry mate, but this is contrary to what the OP6e.PDF states. The IO had no right to refuse or better said to compare your degree to one obtained  in Canada. Yes, of course, all she/he needed to do was find out and verify that it's genuine and not a fake one.

" “Educational credential” is defined in R73 as any diploma, degree or trade or apprenticeship
   credential issued on the completion of a program of study or training at an educational or training institution recognized by the authorities  responsible for registering, accrediting, supervising and regulating such institutions in the country of issue.


"Education

         For definition of terms, see Section 6.3.
         Officers should assess programs of study and award points based on the standards that exist in
         the country of study. The Regulations do not provide for comparisons to Canadian educational
         standards;"


Also, Note that the onus is always on the applicant to prove whatever the IO "refutes".
