Can someone give me a definitve answer about the question regarding the legality of carrying someone else's Pakistani passport out of the country?
For example, if Canadian PR needs to be stamped by the London office, can the principal applicant carry the rest of the family's passports to London without them accompanying him?
I DO know that it is illegal to post/courier Pak passports. However I have never found a clear answer about the legal issues concerning carrying passports. On some threads it was suggested that permission from the Ministry of Interior made it legal. Can someone give me a link to prove that, or any info regarding the procedure?
Thanks,
Beckett

I am not sure about this as well, but I carried my wife's and daughter's passport to Canada for visa stamping from Buffalo with an authorization letter.

Thanks. Did anyone ask you to explain anything about why you were carrying them?
