Deepshikha Brar is interviewing the Minister of Immigration and Citizenship Mr. Jason Kenny

who is explaining why do Canada have backlogs and long processing times. Also talks about the future planning to bring new immigrants to Canada. Explains almost all type of Visas. Very good video. Must See

the minister says he wants to adopt a business-like-approach to manage the backlog
ok,

first thing minister when you have more applicants than visa quota stop taking anymore until you process those at hand....... rocket science ehhhh???

second the most important thing in a business is good customer services and cic is notorious for its poor client/applicant services, it sends the same generic response to all queries.
cic never bothers to inform how and if ever they will be able to process an application

the minister repeadly blames that there is a backlog
(he himself created the post-feb2008 backlog not liberals this time)
and limited resources to process the applications
what happened to the million of dollars collected in fees, minister? Angry
