Thanks sukh420 for providing us all with an insight of what is actually going on at CIC...right from the horse's mouth,eh!!

I am surprised that this thread has had 315 hits (read) but no one has commented except for lulob  Shocked Shocked...... please..... if not to thank sukh420 then atleast for the sake of co-members, bump this thread up and keep it on the 1st page (atleast for some days) before it gets buried in history.

Thanks Mitali, for understanding. I really don't want forum member to appreciate me, just want to pass this video across so we can get the current processing and planning on Immigration backlogs. Which gives us most of the answers. Mitali, you been helping the forum from a long time. I made my application with your help. Just waiting for medicals if everything goes fine. Been in process with RBVO details from last 6 months. Hope everything fine from your side.

Sukh

the minister says liberal led govt allowed FSW to wait for 7 years
wrong it was 6 years or less when conservatives took over
infact it is kennny policy of c-50 which has now increased waiting timelines for upto 9 years (for pre-feb2008 delhi applicants)

the minister says he wants to discourage queue-jumping where as it is he and his govt who started two different queues without finalisation of the first queue (pre-feb2008)
now we have pre-feb2008
post-feb2008 MI-1
post June 2010 MI-2
post July 2011 MI-3
with processing priorities in the reverse order that is last to come first to go
isn't this queue-jumping minister? Angry

a doctor will be in indemand occupation list but will not practice as a doctor .... what a joke
foreign credentials still not recognised in canada so a doctor in alberta will work as anything but a doctor, what a shame? why couldn't the govt get the credential thing sorted out first
you cann't put the cart before the horse, minister.

in a nutshell flawed policies
