Hi Everyone, I'm new to this forum and I am very pleased to see how messages are getting a lot of replies.
Anyway, I am in the process of completing my Canadian TWP application . I would like to know if I should include my second job here in th US which is not authorized in my work permit. I have paid my taxes and included that in my Income tax return.
The resume which I submitted to my prospective employer when I applied for a Canadian job also included that job. Would it create a problem when CIC assesses my application if I include it in my work permit application? My Canadian employer might have included the said resume when he applied for an LMO, so CIC would have access to it.

I don't think it's necessary for employers to include resumes in the application for an LMO. Check with your employer if they included your resume. If it's an important credential for your prospective job in Canada, then it might be included in the application. If they did, then declare it, if not, then don't.
I don't think they would look too much into it. As long as you have a genuine job offer, you're eligible and qualified for the job, and your prospective employer has shown efforts to hire Canadians and landed immigrants and still couldn't fill the position, then chances are you'd have a positive LMO. Once you have an LMO, it would be easier to get your WP approved.
