Declaring a common lawpartner

dear qorax and senior,
i need your advice badly..
I filed an FSW application 2geder with my GF declaring her as my common lawpartner..On October 4, 2010 we recieved a letter from the Canadian Embassy Manila to provide them proofs of our relationship (cohabitation). So we tried our best to prove them necessary documents that will satisfy them. But unfortunately, the immigration officer wasnt satisfied with the presented documents and excluded her in my application. Is there still a chance that I could get her as soon as I arrived in Canada?or she need to file an application on her own?or is there anything that we can do that will give us a positive result?thank you in advance

You can sponsor her on reaching Canada. No income proof is required to sponsor spouse.

Hello Seniors,
Pls i need advice for a neighbour. With over 9 years of experience,he plans to apply for NOC 7242-Industrial Electrician, under the new NOC list. He has 3 children from 2 different women, but no formal or traditional marriage (hence no document to proof relationship) with any of the women, but he presently co-habits with the second woman( the mother of 1 of the children)
NOW, how should he treat these women in his application? He intends sponsoring all his children without the women. PLEASE ADVISE
Thanks.
