Dear Friends,

I am landing on 31/01/2011 to do my landing formalities and come back in a week + I will be taking some cash ($20,000) later in 2 /3 months So DO I need to declare now in goods to follow list as cash???

It is list of goods accompanying/ to follow, no need to write about cash. Money is freely transferable anytime and as many time as you may require.

As you will be bringing with you later an amount exceeding CAD 10,000/=, you have to declare it to the CBSA. Cash is not considered as goods or personal effects.
