Hi everyone, so i checked ecas last night and on my wife's sponsorship application has gone to "Decision Made". On the permanent residence application it still says "in process" but says the following in detail bellow:


We received S**** application for permanent residence on December 1, 2010.

We started processing S****application on January 27 2011.

We transferred S**** application to the CIC Vancouver Admissions office on October 27, 2011. The CIC Vancouver Admissions office may contact S****

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made and S*** will be contacted.


I've already had my interview and it was to prove we were a legit. Couple and we passed.
So is this 1st stage approval or second?  Thanks to any responses
