Dear All,
Would appreciate your opinions regarding my situation.
I just checked my e-case and found it is changed to "Decision Made"..inside I got the following:

We received your application for permanent residence on April 1, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 7, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

is it system error or the end?

I have submitted my full documents to London VO on 29th Sept 2010 and I have emailed them last week regarding my application status and they replied stating that they received my documents and it been placed on file and no further action required by my side.
Kindly feedback me about this situation. so I can prepare for other alternatives.

Regards
Om Mona

I would suggest don't worry as of now... the e-cas has been showing erratic status across all Visa Offices. Read this link:

Many thanks Yukon,
I am really frustrated from what I got today morning. let's hope it is a system error. Especially that I got reply from them last week stated that they received my documents.
Let's wait and hope.
Many thanks

Many thanks fariza and ms for your inputs. I have called my consultant and he said it might be an error.

Instead of displaying wrong messages to customers, I believe there is something called "Software Testing" in the IT world where you can test your e-services prior to lunch it to be used by the public...I wonder if they have heard about it or not?HuhHuhHuhHuhHuh

So far I know the GCMS (Global case management system) is already underway with new set of software and operating system in place... may be you are right that it has been a trial and error period for that!! I am sure CIC is well aware of the problem as some of our form friends have been receiving mails re the E cas error from their VO's
